People can be connected directly to the outlet or sent an information-rich SMS via a 1300 or 1800 number. Alternatively an SMS or MMS can be sent in response to either an SMS enquiry or one via your website.

Our LBS can determine a consumer’s location via postcode or suburb or by tracking the location of a mobile or landline. Our LBS connects with customers 24/7 and by replacing multiple telephone listings with a single, prominent number it reduces your need for advertising space. It also provides valuable geographical data on callers, tracks each enquiry and provides feedback on actual response numbers and times. Plus it cuts down call centre and re-diversion charges.
