Our 24/7 internal monitoring and alerting system monitors all core systems and services. Alerts are automatically escalated to technical support for immediate attention. Additionally an external security monitoring organisation ensures all system networks, firewalls and core systems are independently monitored and managed for extra security and support.

Over the years Informatel has made significant investment in infrastructure and processes that deliver maximum data integrity and security. We monitor building alarms 24/7 and control access to rooms housing sensitive data with personalised proximity ID cards that also record individual access and activity. Only data required for specified projects is made available and an advanced firewall controls computer access via the web.
